Tri-Delta Transit operates mainly on the eastern portion of Contra Costa County, serving communities from Discovery Bay to the southeast all the way to Bay Point to the west, with its main hubs being at Pittsburg/Bay Point BART station in Bay Point and Hillcrest Park-and-Ride in Antioch. It also provides services from Pittsburg/Bay Point BART to other train stations within the county, namely Martinez Amtrak (with Route 200), Antioch Amtrak (with Route 387), and Concord BART (with Route 201), and most of its routes are along the route of California Highway 4, which traverses the communities of Bay Point, Pittsburg, Antioch, and Brentwood, with additional services to Oakley and Discovery Bay

All of its routes operate in two broad categories:
- Weekday-only Routes: 200, 201, 202 (soon), 300, 379, 380, 381, 383, 384, 385, 387, 388, 389, 390, and 391
- Weekend and Holiday-only Routes: 392, 393, 394, 395, and 396
The Fleet
Tri-Delta Transit operates mostly local routes, providing extensive services to schools, hospitals, shopping centers, park-and-ride lots, and other key facilities in eastern Contra Costa County, with a high concentration of them being in Pittsburg, Antioch, and Brentwood. In addition, these buses may be interchanged between one another to serve the limited-stop Route 300, operating between Pittsburg/Bay Point BART station and Brentwood Park-and-Ride, with stops in Antioch and Oakley, and operates express along Highway 4.

Sporting the newest livery for the agency, this is also used for nearly all routes by Tri-Delta, and it is rarely used on the 300 when the MCI buses (below) are in short supply

These buses are used for commuter services between Pittsburg/Bay Point BART and Brentwood Park-and-Ride, operating via Hillcrest Park-and-Ride in Antioch and with limited stops along Brentwood Boulevard in Antioch, Oakley, and Brentwood.

With five units, these have the older Tri-Delta Transit livery.

Motor Coach Industries J4500 Commuter Coach
With around five units, these have the Delta Express livery. These buses have the fare box located on the left hand side of the bus (when boarding) instead of right next to the driver, overhead TVs (with personalized audio and head set jacks), overhead bins, reclining seats, overhead lights and air conditioning vents, and foot rests, all of which help in keeping commuters comfortable.
With around five units, these have the Delta Express livery.
